Shipper Consignee

Your parcel will go through the import and clearance process. Customs of the destination country will decide whether or not you need to pay taxes and the amount of taxes to be paid. Consignee will receive notification from the customs when tax is required for clearance.

As all tariff details are determined by the customs of the destination country, details of the tax amount need to be confirmed after the parcel arrives in the destination country.

Customs usually determines the amount of tax and customs clearance procedures according to shipping origin, value of the items, purpose of shipment, the type and quantity of the goods etc.

For the parcels that the customs of the destination place decide to be tax-payable, they must pay the customs duties before they can be released.

After customs determine the tax amount, they will contact the recipient. to complete the payment.

If you want the consignees to keep hands-free, you may request DDP services. Email cs@igiftu.com for details and separated quotes, we have experienced logistic team to support custom clearance and tax prepay handling services.

FAQ

When will my order ship?

For sample order (without printing), delivery will be arranged once order is received. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

For bulk order, once the QC report is being confirmed and is fully paid, our team will arrange delivery. Shipping fee will be charged at this stage, if applies.
How long does shipment take?

If the delivery address is located in Hong Kong, Macau or Mainland China, the product usually arrive in 2 to 3 working days after the shipment is arranged.

If the delivery address outside the above locations, it is subject to the choice of courier and shipping method.
How do I request multi-location delivery and sorting / labelling services?

Simply email us at cs@igiftu.com before mass production. You may also send us inquiry and request quotation before placing an order.
Can you handle custom clearance for me?

Yes, we are able to handle full set of I/E, sea freight or air freight shipment quotations are also available upon request. Please email us at cs@igiftu.com. For local delivery, custom clearance is included for all orders.
How do I change my shipping address?

1.Login to Your account
2.At the top right corner, select My Account -> My Orders.
3.Select the particular order to ship. Scroll to the bottom of the ordered product,the delivery address is displayed in the delivery session.
4.Click “Change” to edit address
